Welp, there will either be a special session or the Kansas Legislature will just ignore the Kansas Supreme Court. (That gets my vote!)
If school funding was to be discussed today, it needed to start in the Senate. The House only has a bill to carry it.
Honestly, no matter what legislators decide, making a quick patch work job in the waning hours of sine die was always a terrible idea. (And also, that negotiating with terrorists issue. I think that's a bad plan!)
Again the governor must call a special session for the express purpose of impeaching and trying 3 or 4 Supreme Court Justices.
