Liberals only think balanced budgets are a good idea when conservatives are in charge. The feds can spend and spend and spend until the debt is so high your great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, grandchildren will never be able to repay it.
But a conservative (who probably should relinquish the term, 'conservative' because of his spending problem) brings a bit of Washington-style spending to Kansas, and the liberals all of a sudden have a beef with overspending. Their ridiculous knows no ends.
